About the Festival Hosted by Project-Respectt, this event is a "one-stop" community experience bringing positive island vibes to Norwalk. Our goal is to uplift families, veterans, and communities of color by connecting families to long-term wellness, prevention, and mental health resources in a joyful, stigma-free environment.
